Since our founding in 2011, we’ve expanded this idea and our scope of work from grassroots workshops to national level forums and international projects led by the Council of Europe and US development agencies. At Ad Astra we design, develop, and deliver career guidance services and programs for young professionals, educational institutions, and youth organizations. Our Mission is to help students and young professionals make smooth transitions into the world of work by bridging the gap between education and employment.
