Academia Nicolae Dumitrescu is a social change organization empowering people to create value since 2012. The academy is the result of synergy between high performance trainers with international expertise. About 20 trainers contributed to consolidating AND-Training platform by now. 5 years of fruitful collaboration with international organizations such as UNDP, UNWomen, European Youth Foundation, UNICEF, World Bank, WHO, GIZ and many others, facilitating different trainings on leadership, efficient communication, negotiation skills and personal development. More than 1000 participants had the opportunity to develop their skills and we empowered them to think and influence positively the society they/we live in. AND-Training is also a social business. We transform a significant part of our profit, time, and energy into social impact through organizing motivational and educational trainings in different educational institution in Moldova. We work with people from different social categories and with various identities. Instead of focusing on what could keep us apart, we focus our attention on the things we have in common.
