The areas of competence of the Center in accordance with Government Decision no. 125 as of 06.February 2018, are as follows: 1) administration, development, maintenance and insurance of the functioning of information systems in the fields of: public finances, public procurement, tax administration and customs; 2) Implementation of information technologies both within the Ministry of Finance, the administrative authorities under its subordination, as well as outside the Ministry of Finance; 3) providing institutional support, including in the area of accounting in the budgetary sector and in the process of continuous development of the professional capacities of the staff working in the fields of: public finances, public procurement, tax administration and customs; 4) administration, development and maintenance of the ICT infrastructure and other infrastructure related to the activity carried out both within the Ministry of Finance and within its subordinate administrative authorities.
